Refund policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Every Kelp & Carbon item is printed to order after you place your purchase. Nothing is held in stock, so we can't take items back for resale. This policy explains what we do cover and what we don't.

Sizing: no returns or exchanges for wrong size

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for orders placed in the wrong size. Please check our size guide before you order. For the best fit, we recommend ordering one size up from your usual size on every item.

Misprints, damage and wrong items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

Email us at kelpandcarbon@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the problem. If the package arrived damaged, include a photo of the package too.
We will reply with a reprint or refund once we have reviewed your photos.

Please do not mail anything back to us without contacting us first. We cannot accept returned packages.

Everything else is final sale

We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, color or style preference, or because colors on your screen looked different from the item in your hands.

Changing or cancelling an order

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change an address or cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if production has not started, and we cannot promise it will be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to show the refund.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your tracking says delivered but you have not received your order, or your tracking has stopped moving, email us within 30 days of the delivery date shown and we will look into it.
