Terms of service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms apply to your use of kelpandcarbon.com (the “Site”) and your purchases from Kelp & Carbon (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Using the Site

Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with how it works, or copy it with automated tools.

Products and pricing

We try to show our products and colors accurately, but screens vary. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may limit quantities and may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted it, and we may cancel and refund an order before it ships. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our shipping policy and refund policy are part of these terms. In particular, items are made to order and we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size.

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, logos and text on the Site belong to Kelp & Carbon. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limits

The Site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country or state that cannot be waived.
